The Holga Lens

So..... I received my Holga lens in the mail shortly after my graduation post!!!
For those of you who don't know (I didn't until last week) what a Holga camera is, it's an old film camera. (and if you also didn't know, film is super. duper. expensive.) This lens fits on your DSLR and takes pictures just like the film one does- the plus side? You can take and delete as many pictures as you want without worrying about using up film.
I'm super psyched.
The lens is TINY. Here's a picture of it. TINY, I told you!

So I couldn't help but go on a little photoshoot! It's not much for taking people shots, because of the low aperture, but for other things? Fantastic vintage shots.
It does shoot in color, but I was feeling kinda black and white today.

I can understand if people wouldn't like that style- it's old looking- but I love the blurry, unfinished, ragged feel to the pictures! Maybe just me....
